Food must be wholesome, sustainable, holistic and responsible – this is Hotel TIROLERHOF’s philosophy.
We prefer to cook with regional products and ingredients. All the dishes contain fresh fruit or vegetables, and we strive to use wholegrain, seeds and healthy fats or alpine butter whenever possible.
Thanks to an excellent cooperation with farmers and suppliers from Stubai valley and Tirol, we can guarantee best quality products and an outstanding taste.
The managers are passionate about ensuring a gentle and fresh preparation of everything that is served at Hotel TIROLERHOF.
Ingredients from the region
Striving to live in harmony with nature, we make sure that we draw our meat from sustainable and healthy breedings, that the fish come from a clear spring and that the eggs we use are from happy free-range hens.
We mostly use potatoes from “Erdäpfelkeller Silz” and fresh fruit and seasonal vegetables from organic farmer Daniela Haas in the neighbouring village Telfes. Our creamy and unprocessed yogurt comes from Andrea Seeber’s farm in Lans.
