We work with local suppliers who provide fresh and seasonal ingredients.
The meat we use stems from species-appropriate animal husbandry, fishes are from a sustainable source in Stubai valley and the eggs come from free-ranging chickens. Organic farmer Daniela Haas from the neighbouring village Telfes supplies Hotel TIROLERHOF with fresh fruit and seasonal vegetables and the creamy natural yogurt comes right from Andrea Seeber’s farm in Lans.

Hotel TIROLERHOF’s restaurant is proud of its wholesome and holistic cuisine.
Every meal contains fresh fruit and seasonal vegetables, and we use wholegrain and seeds whenever we can. We prefer seasoning with herbs and spices rather than with salt, and we prefer using oils and alpine butter to other fats.
We are happy to consider your individual dietary needs as well as vegan & vegetarian wishes.
