All prices are per room and per night, based on standard occupancy including half board, as well as service charges, heating costs, and VAT, plus €4.80 local tax per person and per night (for guests born in 2001 or later).

Child Discounts:
Child discounts apply with two full-paying adults in the parents' room:
0 - 1.99 years: free
2 - 8.99 years: -55 %
9 - 15 years: -30 %
From 15 years: 20% discount as a third person in the room, calculated on the price per adult and per night
Half board:
The half board includes a rich breakfast buffet and a five-course dinner menu in the evening (with choices) including a generous salad buffet. Changes to the main courses will be gladly accepted for an additional charge. Please note that we cannot offer vegan cuisine. On Sunday afternoons, you are invited to coffee and cake. During the winter season, we offer an après-ski snack from Monday to Saturday (4-5 PM).
Arrival and departure:
Your rooms will be available from 2 PM on the day of arrival; the apartments and rooms must be vacated by 11 AM at the latest on the day of departure.
Late arrival or early departure:
If you arrive late or depart early for any reason, charges will be calculated
according to the booking. The terms of the Austrian hotel regulations apply as
agreed.
Cancellation:
Up to 14 days before the agreed arrival date of the guest, the accommodation
contract can be canceled without payment of a cancellation fee by unilateral
declaration by the contracting party. Outside the period specified in (1),
cancellation by unilateral declaration of the contracting party is only possible
with the payment of the following cancellation fees:
up to 14 days before arrival free of charge;
up to 1 week before the arrival date 40% of the total arrangement price;
up to three days before the arrival date 70% of the total arrangement price;
thereafter 90% of the total arrangement price.

Please settle your bill with cash, EC card, Visa, American Express, or Mastercard. The prices are per person and per day including half board, service charges, heating costs, and VAT.
